US Schauffele wins the gold medal in golf

TOKYO, Aug 1 -- Xander Schauffele of the United States won the gold medal in men’s golf at the Tokyo Olympics on Sunday, after four rounds of action which saw him finish on -18.
Slovakia's Rory Sabbatini, grabbed the silver, ending the final round on -17.
Meanwhile, there will be a seven-way playoff for the bronze medal, according to Xinhua News Agency.
